(2003-10-12) : The Clayzness Whistleworks (http://www.clayz.com/) is the best place I know of to find anything ocarina related. From their page, I was able to find this fingering chart for six whole ocarina: http://village.infoweb.ne.jp/%7Eflute/fing.htm.
