Cameron came over today so we could have a video game bash while our wives were gone. We played DDR for an hour or so, which was a lot of fun. I didn't do too well, but I don't know if it's because the pads were moving on the carpet, or I just lost what little skill I had acquired. :) Cameron was kicking butt. We also tried a bunch of multiplayer games Cameron brought. Lego Star Wars, a car crashing game (a lot of fun, but slow to load), and Ratchet & Clank. Cameron also showed me Metal Gear Solid 2, which he likes.

Eventually, Cameron had to go home so he could get some chores done before the sun went down. I got a roast beef sandwich from Brown Bag and a box of Fiddle Faddle from the 99¢ Store and settled down for the evening. I watched Hot Lead And Cold Feet, which was fun. I haven't seen that in ages. Maybe not as good as I remembered, but still very entertaining! Then I went back to my Ratchet & Clank marathon. I finally beat the game (I defeated Dr. Nefarious)! :D

(Yes, basically I played video games all day, 'til my thumbs hurt and I couldn't keep my eyes open. I think I'm probably good for another six months. :)
