Today we got up early and hopped on a plane to Las Vegas. The movie on the flight was Lemony Snicket's A Series Of Unfortunate Events. Since I had low expectations for the movie, it turned out to be not too bad. We soon arrived in Vegas. We took a taxi from the airport to the Bellagio. It was too early to check in, so we dropped off most of our bags and decided to explore the stip. Ceasar's Palace had just opened up their new shopping are, so we checked that out. The spiral escalators are pretty cool, and they had a Sony store. Michelle had fun checking out Banana Republic and Ann Taylor. Then we walked back to Paris and had crepes at La Creperie. We went back to Bellagio and checked in to our room. We explored the Bellagio a bit, and found some new places. We found a restaurant called Sensi that had impressinve granite and water decor. We also found a chocolate and crepe shop that had a giant chocolate fountain - more like a chocolate waterfall!

It was time to get back for our dinner reservation, so we headed up the strip back to our room at the Bellagio. We had a really fancy dinner at a restaurant called Picasso, sitting right in front of the window and watching the Bellagio fountains the whole time. After an excellent dinner, we went outside to watch and listen to the fountains again, then went back to our room and went to bed.
