Today we got up and went to Dietrich's for coffee in the morning. We came home and worked on various projects. Michelle and her dad worked on a letter. We looked at pictures that Michelle's parents had brought. I swept out the garage, and Michelle's mom helped me rake up a lot of the leaves out front. We raked up two big bags.

We went to Ruggles for lunch (and of course tried their desserts). Then we went to see the gardens at Bayou Bend. Finally, it was time for Michelle's parents to go, so we took them to the airport.

On the way back, Michelle and I stopped at a new store called The Dump, which sells furnishings at discount prices. We had fun looking at rugs for the living room, but escaped before actually buying anything. Then we came home and worked on our chores.
