Today I was a little distracted in the morning by working on my MP3 collection. I worked on naming the tracks I had ripped from my CD of Bach's Magnificat. I checked work e-mail and exercised, then picked up lunch from Brown Bag. Then I got to work in earnest, programming on my current task, a GUI for copying data from one database to another. Michelle was late getting home, but I was on a roll, so I didn't mind. We went to Taco Bell, then decided to go Cold Stone to share a Peanut Butter Cup Perfection - brilliant idea on Michelle's part, I must say. :) Then Michelle went to bed and I kept programming. I got the key element working: automatic background instrument name resolution as the user types. It's very slick. I love highly non-modal UIs. By then it was 1am and I decided to leave polishing the details for later and hit the sack.
