Here is an amusing little game Scott sent my way. I beat it, can you?

My plan for this weekend is to try to stick to Michelle's schedule as best I can. Mostly this just means going to bed earlier and getting up earlier. Maybe it'll make me more productive. I've been rather frazzled this month. I really want to get over it, and I'm hoping more sleep will help. I'm starting to feel more settled too. I'm hoping I can make this a productive weekend. I want to get all the paperwork (last few weeks of mail - mostly bills and account statements) finished and off the floor. I would really like to get caught up on my e-mail backlog and even get some work work done.

This fits in with my new years resolutions. They are

  1. Stay in shape and keep weight below 160. So far so good, though I'm a little over target at 157, when I'd really like to stay just below 156.
  2. Keep in touch. I'm keeping my journal up to date. I'm trying to respond to personal e-mail immediately instead of putting it off, and trying to work through the backlog. I'm also going to try to send new e-mail to a friend at least once a month.
  3. Sustainable pace. I'm too frazzled (too much thrashing, in the computer sense), and I'm worrisomely close to not keeping up with my responsibilities. I need to figure out how to get back in the groove and more importantly how to stay there. This probably involves sleeping more and trying to do less and be more effective about it. OK, so it means less overengineering, but it's not going to be easy. I don't have a specific plan, but I've got a year to work on it.
