This evening, Michelle and I checked out a couple new places. Heck, they were just down the
street, less than a mile away, but we'd never been there. First we went to dinner at Royal Japan
Restaurant. We had some sushi as an appetizer, then hibatchi cooked teriyaki steak. It was good.
Then we went to the Whole Earth Provision company to check them out. They had neat stuff. Michelle
got lost in the travel guide section, and I had fun looking at the camping gear and the giant wind
chimes. (I'm intrigued by giant wind chimes. I think someday I want a windchime that sounds like
the Taco Bell bell. :) Then we continued on the Book Stop. This turned out to be a Barnes & Noble
built inside a converted movie theater. I can't believe it, we've lived here for a year and a
half, and I only just found the B&N that's within walking distance of my house. The building
it's in is pretty cool too. It's obvious it was a movie theater. There's books in the balcony, and
all sorts of wierd connecting passages around the edges. Fun! :)
