We saw The Polar Express today. It was good! I was afraid it might not be. Some of the character animation is a little stiff, mostly on the non-hero characters. I don't remember the full story in the book, besides the main point. I was worried about what they might add in the middle. I was afraid it might get really silly, but I didn't think it did. Instead, it was mysterious. And somewhat silly. :) So I would recommend it. It cerainly is beautifully done.
