"No time to say hello. Goodbye! I'm late, I'm late, I'm late." Never enough hours in the day! This was the weekend of vector math, at least to start with. I had a grand time doing math on the airplane, but unfotunately I never finished the write up for the web page. Check out the first half over in the projects section if you're intereseted. Did some yard work, got sore muscles. Dude, I thought all this exercising was supposed to help. Today we sought out Panera in Houston. There used to be one, now there are five. Excellent! I also cleaned. A big house is nice and all but I'm not a big fan of having to clean it. We watched School Of Rock, which was in fact good. I wanted the kids to play more and a little less of Jack's antics, but, yeah, it was good. Didn't really get to the bills. Meh.
And the week starts over - I've got lots of code to write, and that unpleasant "code is good but you have other responsibilities" is coming back. I dislike recruiting. Y'all're a bunch of lunk heads, ya hear me?! If I hear another person tell me that they use HashMaps "because they are more elegant, though an ArrayList is probably faster", I'm going to start tearing my hair out. I kind of like this quote:
Architects are likely, especially in their later years, after finding out that most others are faking an understanding of the laws of nature, to think of themselves as the prime movers who must pit themselves against nature and society in an endless struggle to define ends clearly and adopt whatever means that promise success.
