2003-01-27 JM 38. The stucco on the terrace is coming off in spots. Large spots in places. All marked with tape. [LT- problem spots are edges of railing. Looks like they never got the stucco to stick, not that it's falling off.]
2003-02-07 JM 40. The back door handle is loose.
